Saturday Afternoon Club

Saturday Afternoon Club, known as SAC, is open to youth members of Burton Canoe Club and provides a fun, safe and supportive environment for young paddlers to develop their skills and confidence with club coaches available at every session. All equipment is provided, and new members are welcome to come along and give it a try. The age range is 5 to 18.

We meet throughout the year and times are 1:30pm to 3:30pm although the finish time can vary dependent on the weather. On warm sunny days the kids usually want to jump in the river at the end of a session - under supervision.

Adults are welcome to paddle during SAC  but the kids get priority on choice of boats dependent on the planned activity.

Usual attendance fees apply.
